2015 – Ms. Mercedes Murillo Muñoz, professor of Ecclesiastical Law of the State at the University of Rey Juan Carlos, and continually Technical Adviser at the General Sub-Directorate of Relations with Religious Denominations of the Ministry of Justice. From her educational work at the university to her direct work with the minority confessions, she has contributed enormously to the understanding between confessions and administration. She has participated directing projects that have facilitated to the minorities the acknowledgement of their rights and responsibilities
