2014 – Mr. Ricardo García García, certificated professor of Ecclesiastical Law of the State from the University Autónoma of Madrid. From the university and the different charges he has performed like the Government Sub-Delegation in Madrid, and especially since he took charge as the General Sub-Director on Work with Religious Structures in the Ministry of Justice, he revolutionized and modernized diverse aspects of religious freedom management, drawing near and humanizing until an ideal point relationships between the Public Administration, especially with religious minorities.
